we defined key sustainability topics, based on an internal analysis of our current practices and principles and an extensive benchmark considering regulations, trends, peers, relevant network reports among other sources.
we consulted stakeholders on which topics are the most important to them, in terms of business growth and impact, using direct consultation (survey directed to Users and Employees) but also indirect (reports from Risk carriers and Regulators)
we prioritized the different topics depending on their importance for stakeholders and their impact on our business growth. We have therefore 3 levels to better monitor those different sustainability topics
