EXECUTION
Do you believe that you strongly follow the EXECUTION principle?
Clearly most of the participants can associate themselves and their way of working with the Execution principle.
Can you please share a couple of examples demonstrating that we follow the EXECUTION principle?
(based on 23 responses)
- We build “good-enough” MVPs which are extendable and focused on the immediate problem
- The progress we made in 2021 with the limited capacity (TDP, Coya Migration, Coya Contract Merger, new products, IMMO, pet health automation, Bandit, and more). This will take years in many other companies!
- Multiple war rooms making things happen in no time.
- We follow the execution principle but we accumulate tech debt that makes us less and less efficient
- Various teams release weekly, multiple times a week, daily or even multiple times a day
- Delivery at speed → weekly releases of the Mobile App with very good quality nowadays.
- Some teams already use fully automated CIs that run automated tests allowing shipping at any moment.
The overall sentiment is that we can be even faster and do more if we use more metrics/data and build a strategy to reduce the accumulated technical debt.
