In 2021, we have implemented a Risk Management framework that explains the essentials about how to understand risk topics and handle them at Luko. From risk sheets (inherent risk vs residual risk) to elaborate risk mapping, including risk owners and subjects across the entire company, this guarantees that all the necessary tools to be able to analyse and decide how to mitigate such risk are in place.
This process was created collaboratively with all VPs & Heads who have discussed this framework with their teams. Involving senior decision makers in actual operational teams allows us to map risk from its roots.
