For the mapping process you can use one of the two (or both really 😜):

The process of mapping oneself to the Lukoladder is very similar for the individual when mapping themselves and managers when mapping one of their subordinates.

This guidance should be used during the bi-annual mapping during evaluations and at any other point when one decides to check on their progress on the ladder.

Tip: It is a good practice to refresh one's mind by reading through the materials every time one attempts (re-)mapping.

Before first time mapping

Please skip this section in case the person has already been mapped.

Before any attempts to make a mapping of one's skills to Ladder it is important to go over the following topics:

Mapping process

When one is being mapped for the first time, repeat those steps for each specialisation to determine the milestone level the person is at.

In case a first mapping exists, it is important to go over all current levels and at least review for potential degradation (lack of demonstrated behaviour for 12+ months) or growth (multiple examples of demonstrated behaviour for 6+ months) and adjust the mapping.
